YASH Technologies is seeking SAP (SuccessFactors) - PM GM Professionals to join our team in multiple locations including Bangalore, Indore, Pune, and Hyderabad. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting customers in the Talent Management process, understanding client requirements, providing recommended solutions for appraisal and succession processes, and leading end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors PMGM/Succession & CDP Modules. To be successful in this role, you should have at least five end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors PMGM/Succession & CDP Modules, be familiar with the latest Goal Management Module, gather and analyze clients" business requirements, configure/design SuccessFactors and related systems based on HR best practices, lead documentation processes for release/refresh activities, handle customer interactions effectively, provide support for pre-sales activities, and lead end-to-end PM/GM/SC/CDP implementations.
