Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams Ensure alignment of solutions with client requirements and business objectives Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules Hands-on experience in leading SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll This position is based at our Hyderabad office A 15 years full time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
