Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented LV Panel Electrical Assembly Engineer to assemble, wire, and test low-voltage (LV) electrical panels used in power distribution, control systems, or industrial automation. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting electrical drawings, hands-on expertise in LV panel wiring, and a solid understanding of electrical safety and compliance standards (such as IEC, UL, or local standards). Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret electrical schematics, layout drawings, and wiring diagrams for LV panels. Assemble electrical enclosures and install components such as circuit breakers, contactors, relays, terminal blocks, MCBs, MCCBs, and busbars. Perform wiring according to design specifications and company standards. Conduct continuity tests, insulation resistance tests, and functional tests to verify panel quality. Ensure all panels comply with local and international electrical standards (e.g., IEC 61439, UL508A). Work closely with design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries. Identify and troubleshoot wiring or assembly issues and recommend corrective actions. Maintain records of completed work, test results, and any modifications made. Follow all workplace safety and electrical handling procedures. Required Qualifications: Diploma or bachelors degree in electrical engineering or equivalent technical qualification. 2+ years of hands-on experience in electrical panel assembly, preferably in LV panels. Strong understanding of electrical components and low voltage systems (up to 1000V AC). Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and panel layout diagrams. Familiar with the use of hand tools, crimping tools, torque wrenches, and multimeters. Knowledge of IEC/NEC standards related to LV panel construction. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with control panel wiring and motor control centers (MCCs). Knowledge of PLC, VFD, and automation panel wiring. Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 45001. Certification in electrical safety or panel assembly (e.g., LV switching operations).

Role & responsibilities Operation & Maint. Of PMCC, MCC, MDB, VCB, ACB ,CPP Auxillaries, Air compressor, Ash handling system, coal plant. Well versed in electrical maintenance functions in a DCS , PLC operated continious process plant, Knowledge of VFDs will be desirable. Preferred candidate profile Should have worked on Preventive Maint & Latest Condition Monitoring systems, Periodic overhauling of Electrical machines e.g Alternators,Transformers, Motors and PMCC, MCB, ACB, VCB etc. Persons with exposure to TPM, Quality circles, 5S practices will be preferred. Role & responsibilities Candidate must have an experience in Substation protection & equipment's Testing field with electrical/circuits branches academic background. Capable to understand the existing control/protection schemes and adapt for the cutting-edge technology evolutions. Handle the Client with skills and experience, technical complication resolving skills & good in Communication. Capable of handling the testing kit such as OMICRON, PHONOVA and other secondary injection kits. Site Management Protection configuration, Field Testing/Commissioning, Final documentation, Scheme verification and red markup activities. Shall be able to test independently, electrical Equipment in substation levels up to 400kV GIS/AIS Stations. Testing of all substation components like CT, VT, Breakers (all types), Earth Switch, Isolators, Auxiliary Transformer, Power Transformer, Busbar, functional scheme check of LCC and C&R panels, Low Voltage Distribution Board (AC & DC) individually. Preferred candidate profile Testing of all relays. Testing of Auxiliary relays, all types of backup protection relays. Testing of Main protection relays like Bus-bar protection, Line distance protection, transformer protection, motor protection, Line/cable differential protection.
