The job involves managing Preventive Maintenance activities for all CNC machines, SPM, and Molding machines. This includes overseeing mechanical breakdowns and preparing audit documents. The key responsibilities include planning and monitoring the execution of Preventive Maintenance, analyzing breakdowns, managing spare parts, conducting machine health checkups, and executing predictive maintenance plans. Additionally, the role requires overhauling power packs, replacing critical spare parts, and knowledge of plant automation systems such as Vision sensors, barcode scanners, and printers. The successful candidate should be able to execute Mold Maintenance activities, plan and execute Shut Down Maintenance, and monitor departmental KPI targets to meet objectives. The ideal candidate should also have experience in CNC Machine overhauling, preparing audit documents for maintenance IATF, and be familiar with CNC PMC ladder.,
