Description
As a Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your key responsibilities will include: - Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure their requirements are met. - Proactively identifying project risks and issues, developing action plans to mitigate them, and tracking them to closure. - Maintaining clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and senior management. - Providing regular status updates, highlighting progress, risks, and issues, and driving the project towards its objectives. - Ability to do forecasting, handle project financials, and prepare contracts. - Being conversant with project management tools such as MPP, TFS, Jira, etc. - Experience in managing a team size of 15-20+ members. - Managing all offshore operations and coordinating with various business units to achieve business objectives. - Ability to interact with client stakeholders and create a positive impact.
