Job Summary Maintain high equipment uptime through preventive maintenance, fast breakdown resolution, and spares discipline. Key Responsibilities PM & breakdown maintenance for mixer, slurry pumps, cutting machine, conveyors, cranes/hoists, compressors (as applicable). Diagnose issues (bearing/gearbox/alignment/leakages) and implement permanent fixes with RCA. Execute lubrication, alignment, periodic checks, and maintenance checklists. Maintain downtime register and PM logs. Coordinate with stores for critical spares; set minmax levels. Follow maintenance safety practices.
