As an R&D Executive in the PTC - SIGMA department, you will be responsible for the routine maintenance of F&D equipment and machines, utility equipment such as water generation system, HVAC AHU system, VRV system, and air compressor system. Additionally, you will handle the maintenance of electric power panels (HT/LT & Transformer), UPS system, and DG Generator System. Your role will involve attending breakdowns of electrical and mechanical problems, maintaining calibration records of instruments and stability chambers, as well as conducting routine maintenance of walk-in stability chambers. You will also be in charge of the fire panel, fire extinguisher system, and calibration work related to the fire extinguisher system. Furthermore, you will handle breakdowns of CCTV systems, door access systems, plumbing maintenance, and furniture-related maintenance. Your responsibilities will also include procurement of materials, maintaining records of all procurement, and managing PM records. You will be required to attend to civil-related maintenance using external vendors, participate in GMP audits or product-related audits at PPIF plant, and address engineering-related work based on user or management requirements. Moreover, you will be involved in executing new projects as per user or management requirements. Overall, your role as an R&D Executive will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of various equipment and systems within the department.,
