Statistical methods and data analysis tools are used to conduct in-depth analysis of the sorted data. Present the data analysis results in a clear and easy to understand way and write the data analysis report. RESPONSIBILITIES Export sales data from system regularly, including order information, customer information, product sales volume, etc. Identify/align projects goals and scope with PJM and PM and other functions. Clean the collected data, identify and deal with missing values, duplicate values, outliers and other problems in the data, and provide high-quality data basis for subsequent analysis. Communicate with data providers to solve data acquisition problems and ensure timely and complete data. Use Excel to make pivot tables and simple statistical analysis to show the time trend and regional distribution etc. Dig out the rules and trends behind the data and provide data support for business decisions. According to business scenarios and problems, build data analysis models, such as prediction models, classification models, clustering models, etc., evaluate model effects and constantly optimize. Present the data analysis results in a clear and easy to understand way, and write the data analysis report, including the data background, analysis methods, results summary. Regularly report data analysis results to business units and management to answer questions and drive data-driven decision making. Support to other PJM for projects data analysis and report with high performance. Work closely with PJM and other functions to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions. Assist the other department to set business goals and KPIs, Monitor the achievement of goals through data analysis, find problems in time and give early suggestions Education and Experiences: BE/B TECH in engineering with 5-10 Yrs. Or masters with 3-8 years of experience 3 years of Project Management experience in industrial product. Strong logical thinking ability and data analysis ability.
