1.MIS updation, continuous updates through out the project with the support of engineering and ME. 2. Ensure alignment between DFMEA and PFMEA, Control plan, and drawings 3. Pre production and mass production control plan and quality check of alpha and Beta control plan 4.Ensures that parts shipped by the plant are meeting the specifications approved in TG0/TG1/TG2 etc 5.Supports project management in customer APQP requirements 6.Prepare initial PPAP by collecting relevant documents and verify submission 7.Moderates problem solving activities within project when 8D is required 8.Ensure that manufacturing release process is conducted in the well manner 9.Review and approve PPAP from the internal SQ Team 10.Actively participating in DFMEA and PFMEA 11.Verification of Lab test gauges and checking fixtures 12.Ensure Raw material in time for SOP and ensure functional effectiveness
