Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Product Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone curious, creative, and eager to learn the ins and outs of building and launching products that blend design, technology, and real-world impact. You’ll play a central role in managing product operations , coordinating with vendors , and supporting cross-functional teams across sales, procurement, marketing, and technical. ✅ Key Responsibilities Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and operations teams to manage timelines, specs, and deliverables. Work closely with the Sales and Procurement Heads to understand customer needs, product gaps, and sourcing constraints. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, new features, and product opportunities. Write clear user stories, feature requirements, and functional specifications. Use data to make decisions — track feature usage, analyze user behavior, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure internal product trainings , documentation, and knowledge transfer for new launches and updates. Lead efforts to introduce new products or updates to the internal team in an engaging, clear, and actionable manner. Keep yourself and the team updated on emerging tech , industry trends , and innovative product practices . Contribute creatively — think beyond specs; bring ideas, voice of the user, and bold experimentation to the table. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s or any equivalent degree Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’ll be talking to multiple stakeholders daily. Self-starter with an eagerness to learn and grow quickly. Interest in product development, design thinking, and customer-first innovation. Creative mindset — can ideate, visualize, and articulate ideas clearly. Passion for either wearable tech, or D2C products.
