Plumbing Supervisor

Location: Neemrana, Rajasthan

Department: Projects – MEP

Reporting To: Project Manager

Job Summary : The Plumbing Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all plumbing execution activities at site, ensuring work quality, adherence to drawings and specifications, material planning, manpower monitoring, and coordination with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor plumbing installation activities at site (water supply, drainage, STP/ETP lines, pump room, overhead/underground tanks, etc.).
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project standards.
• Daily coordination with client, project team, project managers, head office contractors and manpower allocation as per work front.
• Conduct site measurements, progress tracking, material planning, and inventory checks.
• Coordinate with Design / BIM / MEP teams for technical clarifications and drawing updates.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain site work discipline.
• Support in hydraulic testing, flushing and commissioning activities.
• Prepare daily progress reports and share with the Project Manager.
• Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of plumbing works.

Key Skills Required

• Understanding of plumbing drawings and site execution methodology.
• Knowledge of pipe materials and specifications (UPVC / CPVC / GI / HDPE / PPR / MS) and installation standards.
• Ability to read and interpret layout plans, schematic diagrams, and section drawings. Strong site supervision, workforce handling, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with testing, commissioning, and final handover procedures.
• Experience & Qualification Diploma / ITI in Civil / Mechanical / Plumbing Trade

Experience & Qualification

• Diploma / ITI in Civil / Mechanical / Plumbing Trade
• Experience: Minimum 5 – 6 Years in Plumbing Execution (Residential / Commercial / Industrial MEP Projects)

Additional Requirements

• Should be open to project travel as per requirement.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle site independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
