Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Skills : Working knowledge of residential township (STP, WTP, Rain Harvesting system, RCC water tank, Sump tank) Identification of Plumbing material & Specification as per CPWD norms and IS codes Key Accountability/Role and Responsibilities (Should be a Part of the KRA for Variable Pay) Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with plumbing codes. Execution of Plumbing work as per drawing Ensure coordinated service plan, drawings & execution as well Water calculation chart, Hydraulic calculation of water supply rain water, sewerage, DG Fume pipe. Ensuring consultant, deliverable along with quality check To adhere project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with plumbing codes. Day to day execution of plumbing work as per drawing Coordination with Purchase, Inventory, Planning department regularly. To help and assist plumbing engineer to prepare periodically MIS of Plumbing activities, Work done, Purchase requisition, Water calculation Chart, Hydraulic calculation of water supply Preparing MIS of material received as per PO.
