Job Summary: We are looking for skilled and hands-on Site Engineers across various disciplines (Civil, Finishing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) with practical experience in project execution from the contractor side. The ideal candidates should have a proven track record working with reputed construction companies on 5-star hotels, leading hospitals, or large commercial buildings. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute site activities related to your specific domain (Civil, Finishing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC). Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and ensure proper implementation at site. Monitor daily progress and ensure work is executed as per approved plans, quality standards, and safety norms. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and tools for uninterrupted workflow. Identify and resolve technical issues and delays during execution. Maintain site records including daily progress reports, inspections, and quality checklists. Ensure compliance with project timelines and cost control measures. Conduct regular quality and safety inspections to meet project standards. Assist in commissioning activities, snag list closure, and handover procedures. Key Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) or relevant trade certification. Minimum 6 years of domain-specific experience in site execution within building construction projects. Hands-on experience working with contractors on large-scale projects such as 5-star hotels, hospitals, or commercial buildings. Strong understanding of drawings, construction sequences, quality standards, and safety practices. Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project). Preferred Experience: Background with top-tier contractors or real estate developers. Involvement in high-end or fast-track construction projects. Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and latest technologies in your domain.

Primary Purpose of Job: Contribute to the ongoing growth of STANTEC ResourceNet Private India Ltd by providing technical expertise in the healthcare sector, as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering conceptual design, outline design, detailed design and construction support for healthcare projects across the STANTEC offices (NA, UK, Middle East, Asia Pacific etc.). To be involved in building and leading the healthcare plumbing engineering practice. This position will lead strategic projects, be client facing, responsible for team growth, staff development and business development, contribute to project delivery standards and work processes, provide quality control, workload forecasting, financial performance accountability and collaboration with other disciplines. Support project managers from the region by providing technical support to ensure that project outcomes in terms of budget, schedule, technical and quality standards, meet both the client and STANTEC expectations. Key Accountabilities: Work with PMs and SMEs on key projects to develop and deliver client drawings, specifications, presentations, reports, and other deliverables. Successfully manage projects of significant scope, complexity, and revenue budget. Apply buildings engineering and project management knowledge while leading cross-functional resources to meet project requirements within established timeframes and budgets. Meet technical, contractual, schedule, budgetary and client service objectives for projects. Apply strong engineering skills, experience and knowledge to the design and oversight of the design for building projects. Lead a team consisting of HVAC and Plumbing project managers, designers, and CAD/Revit production staff. Manage and plan the production resources and workflow to produce the design documentation, drawings, and calculations required for engineering projects. In conjunction with other stakeholders, identify and forecast staff needs and assignments based on current and projected workload and SME requirements. Hold project team members accountable for technical excellence, delivery standards, and best practices. Responsible for managing the financial performance, quality control processes, and project delivery for Mechanical Engineering projects. Act as a QC reviewer on Plumbing Engineering projects. Provide technical expertise in the area of all Plumbing systems as a part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering conceptual design, outline design, detailed design and construction support for projects across Stantec. Interface regularly with additional mechanical, electrical engineering and architectural leaders to thrive and contribute for integrated design practice Develop strategic and tactical business development and marketing plans for the healthcare plumbing engineering practice and align with Business Center and regional Buildings group goals and strategies and brand position priorities Assist with the development of the annual business plan and budget for the business center and working with the leadership team to achieve key performance indicators. Liaise closely with regional stakeholders (regional project leadership), and in some instances external clients; and local RNet (Pune) team members. Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns to Discipline Lead/Project Manager/Project Lead. Represent the firm through published articles, public speaking engagements and attendance at industry and community events, meetings, and conferences. Assist the marketing department with the development of mechanical engineering marketing materials and content. Maintain awareness of operational, technical, or regulatory changes within Plumbing Engineering, disseminate such knowledge to staff and firm, and integrate into existing processes and standards. Maintain and update Plumbing Engineering specifications, technical documentation, and standards in collaboration with other Sr. Plumbing technical resources in Stantec. Oversee Plumbing Engineering Design delivery process and best practices and coordinate with other disciplines. Provide oversight for Plumbing Engineering staff education and certification process & balance firm, studio and staff needs.

Role & responsibilities Lead all maintenance and repair-related activities in the company, keeping in mind the roles of a repair manager Document and submit reports to the senior maintenance manager (if any) or the stakeholders, regarding budgets, progress and time schedules Supervise the condition of all the equipment in the establishment and the potential upgrades and maintenance it might need as a preventive maintenance plan Manage the budgets of the maintenance plans, and ensure that everything is in line with legal and safety regulations Recognise areas of improvement in the facilities maintenance jobs in hand and their processes Required skills and qualifications Bachelors degree in engineering or a similar discipline Prior experience working as a maintenance manager, repair manager, or in a related role Experience in dealing with budgets, schedules and reporting in terms of maintenance work Understanding of legal safety regulations specific to India, within the industry Knowledge of equipment and facilities machines.
