The incumbent must align with the corporate development strategy on the real estate development, while also running feasibility studies to support it. Understanding of sizing & various applications: a. Electrical - Distribution systems involving, Substations, Transformers, HV/LV Switchgear Panels, Lightning Arresters, Protection System, PCC, MCC, Diesel Generators etc. including Protection and relay coordination, Short circuit study and voltage drop calculations on cables, bus ducts by conventional method and also by software. Lighting requirement calculations conventional and by special software such as Dialux, etc. using AutoCAD drawings. Earthing calculations for electrical system and for lightning protection. b. HVAC Understanding of Ducting, Piping, VRV, Chillers, Split Systems, Chilled water, Cooling towers, Radiant Cooling, AHUs FCUs, Pumps, Exhaust Fans, Smoke Ventilation, basement Ventilation, Fresh Air, etc. Understanding of HVAC design softwares for HEAT load / Duct sizing. c. Fire Fire Hydrants & Sprinklers, Fire Pumps, Fire Piping, Hose reels, Fire detection systems, Fire extinguishers, Gas based systems, Fire Curtains, etc. d. Plumbing Water Distribution systems, RWH system, Water Purification WTP, STP, Storage Tanks, Hydro-pneumatic Systems, Irrigation Systems, Water fixtures, etc.Beratung e. Review technical submittals and provide comments as necessary on time. 11. Preparing RCP layouts 12. Attend necessary design meetings with the client 13. Carryout necessary site visits for addressing any design / co-ordination issues. 14. Witness Testing & Commissioning of MEP systems. 15. Identify quality issues & prepare site quality reports 16. Prepare & Maintain all the records of Design & Development 17. Check all the as fitted layouts & documents. 18. Prepare final list of Sign off on Project closure reports. 19. Participating in key meetings & workshops of the project where needed. 20. Report to the higher management on regular basis on project status & updates. 21. Key Responsibilities: Design, install, and maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems across the property. Supervise the plumbing team and contractors for installation and repair work. Ensure all plumbing systems comply with local regulations, standards, and environmental guidelines. Plan preventive maintenance schedules and conduct routine inspections of plumbing infrastructure. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and MEP contractors during project upgrades or expansions. Maintain accurate records of equipment, maintenance logs, and water usage reports. Inspect and maintain systems related to rainwater harvesting, sewage treatment plants (STP), and fire hydrants. Provide technical expertise for optimizing water usage and reducing wastage. Job Expectations: Qualifications: Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Plumbing Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing design, maintenance, and operations in hospitality, resort, or commercial infrastructure. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and MEP integration. Familiarity with STPs, WTPs, fire suppression systems, and HVAC interface plumbing. Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints. Good communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
