Required Skills & Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering 10+ years of experience in mechanical design, with a clear focus on plastic product development for consumer or industrial appliances. Deep expertise in plastic part design and injection molding tool development, including shrinkage calculation, draft angles, ribs, bosses, and snap fits. Proficient in Autodesk Inventor; working knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CREO is a plus. Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerancing for plastics, and designing around mold flow behavior. Experience working in water-based product ecosystems (e.g., purifiers, solenoid-integrated plumbing, float sensors). Self-driven, hands-on problem solver with the ability to manage full product lifecycle from design to production. Job Title: Senior Design Engineer PHE & Fire Fighting Location: Bengaluru Experience Required: 6–10 Years (4–6 Years Gulf Design Experience Mandatory) Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer – PHE & Fire Fighting to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing and fire protection system designs across a range of commercial, residential, healthcare, retail, and high-rise projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, concept development, schematic, and detailed design of Plumbing (PHE) & Fire Fighting systems. Design plumbing systems including water supply, sewerage, drainage, medical gas, and LPG/NG systems with all necessary calculations and detailed layouts. Design and layout fire protection systems including sprinklers, hydrants (internal/external), fire pumps, and tanks, supported by hydraulic calculations using Elite software.
