Warning: avoid this hotel like the plague for your special occasions! Their banquet service is an absolute disaster. The staff is clueless, slow, and utterly unhelpful. The only redeeming quality is the decent food, but trust me, it's not worth the aggravation. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Hotel Damson Plum is an average hotel for stay and service. Fooding options are good but the service is poor. Lifts get stuck, in our case we were stranded for 15 mins inside lift. The call service from rooms was not working. There is a long walk from Opera House to lift for rooms, poorly designed.
