We recently stayed in Palm green resort.Our overall experience was great. Staff was friendly & attentive.Our accommodation was very clean & comfortable. House keeping services & amenities are great. Food was delicious. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing gateway.

Without maintaining they just earnings money, Experience was very bad at Holi festival , Misbehaving staff and dirty place , Waves water and Water park also not maintained properly and dirty water in pool. Actually waste of money.

Room attendant Kalpana, and room manager Meena were outstanding. Service was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning was top notch.

Good staff but having issues with owner and his son and with amenities the worst amenities I have ever saw and experienced....theatre had some issues but staff was very helpful especially Meena Bharti was the best manager I have ever met

I wish I could give a negative rating to this place. Worst service, there is no accountability. There are four numbers given in the website no one picks up the phone. At the end moment they will say that these services are not available. Totally pathetic.
