We had hosted my mother’s 60th birthday in the banquet at palm club. The service and food was amazing. Ms. Sneha shinde had managed so well that entire event went smooth. Thank you palm club for your excellent hospitality.

Just after my colleague's wrist got fractured badly the hotel management instead of putting up a caution sign or resolving the leaking water problem just swept up & leaking water on the stairs & covered up the whole incident.

Stay was really good. The staff were welcoming. Linens/pillows were clean and restrooms were well maintained. Nicer balcony with views. Only the location was slightly inside the road but if we have own vehicles it's easy to reach. Food was decent but little pricy. Will surely recommend this stay to my fellow travellers

The stay was excellent, and the rooms were neat and clean. I had booked three 1 BHK rooms, and it was an amazing experience. The staff, especially Mr. Akash, were friendly and helpful. The best part was that the property is located in a quiet corner, offering a peaceful balcony view. I would love to book the same hotel again!

One of the best stays I always do when I visit Gurgaon. It's always an wonderful experience when ever I Stayed here. The staff is so helpful specially Mr. A Kash ji & Mr. Arun ji. They always are there to help out in anything. Would highly recommend this wonderful place.
