You are applying for the position of B-smart Application Support Executive (Level-2 SME) at Enzen, a consulting, technology, engineering, and innovative service provider for utility customers in the UK and other geographies. In this role, you will work with customers to support the B-smart application, a suite of high-performance, business rules-driven applications designed for the energy industry. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Application Support Lead and engaging in day-to-day activities related to business as usual (BAU) and project tasks. As an experienced B-smart application support executive, you should have a background in functional design, development, and deployment of Oracle Forms & reports/Cloud full life cycle and migration programs. You will be required to provide 2nd line SME support for bespoke applications deployed on Oracle technology, plan release cycles, and coordinate with various IT departments for successful software deployment. Primary skills required for this role include extensive experience in Oracle forms & reports, Oracle forms compilation, Unix development & support, and creating Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL) scripts. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and be proficient in Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, and Testing of software applications. Secondary skills include database management, application upgrades planning & implementation, data analytics, troubleshooting abilities, and experience in System Analysis, System Design, Development, Configuration Management, and Release Management. The role involves working full-time on day shifts from Monday to Friday with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
