PL/SQL Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing production support at L2 level, with a technical stack including Unix, SQL, Mongo DB, and open shift. Your role will involve monitoring and configuring alerts in ITRS, as well as having knowledge of Autosys/Scheduling. You will be handling incident management, major incident management, and problem management, including issue backtracking, facilitating resolution, conducting root cause analysis, and following up with the development team for permanent fixes. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling service requests, interacting with business users to understand problems and provide solutions, and generating reports. You will also be involved in annual COB/DR testing and adhoc special processing requests. The role requires you to be open to working in shifts and providing extended coverage.
