Real Estate is hiring Project Manager : Raipur (C.g) Pls share your updated cv seema.ots@gmail.com Work Location : Raipur (c.G) male Candidates Preferred We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background and proven experience in high-rise building construction and plotting development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex real estate development projects from initiation through completion. This role requires excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution Lead the planning and implementation of civil and infrastructure development projects. Manage high-rise building construction projects and plotting layouts. Prepare detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Oversee land development, grading, road work, utility installations, and compliance with zoning regulations. Coordination & Supervision Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and local authorities. Monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved. Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews. Stakeholder Management Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and expectations. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and deliverables. Documentation & Compliance Ensure proper documentation of all project stages. Ensure all legal, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to. Manage contractual obligations and change orders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Masters in Project Management or Construction Management is a plus). Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in the construction or real estate sector. Must have handled high-rise residential/commercial projects (10+ floors). Strong plotting/land development experience , including layout planning and execution. Deep knowledge of construction processes, materials, costs, and contracts. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
