The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing permit applications, coordinating with regulatory authorities, and assisting in architectural design projects. You will prepare and submit applications for building permits, town planning approvals, and plot sub-divisions, as well as conduct site visits and inspections as needed to support permit applications. Additionally, you will assist in creating architectural design drawings and project documentation while staying up-to-date with local building codes, zoning laws, and permit requirements. Collaboration with team members is essential to ensure timely project completion. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the opportunity for a performance bonus.
