PLM Asset Development Leader

As an accomplished and dynamic COE Solution Lead specializing in PLM and digital continuity/digital twin solutions, you will join our solutioning team. With over 12 years of experience in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain, you will lead successful end-to-end PLM implementations, especially on platforms like Siemens Teamcenter PLM. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive development of PLM assets/solution frameworks following industry best practices. - Own and enhance assets, utilizing them in project execution & delivery. - Standardize and industrialize common solutions and frameworks from Teamcenter projects. - Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on Siemens roadmap and upcoming solution improvements. - Provide transformative strategic guidance and best practices tailored to client expectations. - Recommend tailored PLM solutions aligning with client business functions. - Craft detailed proposals in response to client inquiries, RFIs, and RFPs. - Collaborate with pre-sales & sales teams to implement robust solution strategies. - Support project planning, resource allocation, and risk management for timely solution delivery. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 15 years of PLM experience with expertise in related technologies and NPD/NPI processes. - Proven track record in greenfield PLM implementation using Siemens Teamcenter PLM. - Experience in PLM cloud migration, SaaS-based PLM solutions, and ALM platforms integration. - Proficiency in PLM data migration and consolidation from multiple legacy systems. - Strong understanding of digital continuity concepts for impactful system integrations. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective client and team interaction. - Exposure to pre-sales functions, solution design, and persuasive client presentations. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for robust decision-making. - Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with PLM consulting experience as an advantage. - Educational qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering.
