Description
As an accomplished and dynamic COE Solution Lead specializing in PLM and digital continuity/digital twin solutions, you will play a pivotal role in our solutioning team. With more than 12 years of experience in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain, you will lead successful end-to-end PLM implementations, particularly on platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter PLM. Your responsibilities will include spearheading all PLM assets and solutioning initiatives for projects/programs and client RFIs and RFPs. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the development of PLM assets/solution frameworks following industry best practices. - Own and drive all assets" development, enhancements, and utilization in project execution & delivery. - Standardize and industrialize common solutions and frameworks derived from best solutions and best practices in each Teamcenter project, disseminating them to the global PLM team. - Conduct knowledge sharing sessions with global teams, solution architects, and tech leads on the Siemens roadmap and upcoming solution improvements in future versions. - Utilize expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PLM, digital twin/digital continuity technologies to provide transformative strategic guidance and best practices tailored to client expectations/requirements. - Perform comprehensive assessments on client requirements, recommending tailored PLM solutions aligned with their business functions. - Craft detailed, customized proposals in response to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and other client inquiries. - Collaborate effectively with pre-sales & sales teams to develop and implement robust solution strategies enhancing outreach, driving revenue, and increasing market share. - Assist in creating comprehensive project plans, coordinating resource allocation, and devising effective risk management strategies for timely solution delivery. Our Ideal Candidate: - Minimum 15 years of experience in the PLM domain, with expertise in related technologies and NPD/NPI processes. - Demonstrated track record in at least one complete greenfield PLM implementation using Siemens Teamcenter PLM. - Knowledge of PLM cloud migration, SaaS-based PLM solutions implementation, system administration/maintenance. - Experience with ALM platforms like PTC code beamer, Siemens polarion, or other ALM platforms, and integration between PLM and ALM. - Proficiency in PLM data migration and consolidation, combining data from multiple legacy systems into a single source of truth. - Strong understanding of digital continuity concepts and their practical applications in various PLM environments for impactful system integrations. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, paired with strong interpersonal abilities for effective interaction with clients and team members. - Exposure to pre-sales functions, including solution design, proposal crafting, and client presentations. - Strong problem-solving capabilities, strategic and analytical mindset for robust decision-making. - Ability to work effectively in both collaborative team settings and independent initiatives. - PLM consulting experience will be advantageous, such as product evaluation, architecture assessment, recommendations, and capability roadmap definition. - Educational qualification of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.,
