As a Senior Event Marketing Manager at Inflection.io, you will play a crucial role in supporting the PLGTM.com conference and field marketing activities. Inflection.io is a successful company with outstanding achievements, including a 5-star rating on G2, over 100% net revenue retention, and continuous sales and customer records breaking. With a total funding of $14 million since 2021 and recent funding of $7.6 million in 2024, we have secured substantial runway for the future. Your primary responsibility will be leading the events and field marketing initiatives for Inflection.io, focusing on the flagship PLGTM.com Summit event. This event, which hosted 465 attendees over 2 days last year in San Francisco, is a key component of our marketing strategy. Additionally, you will be involved in organizing smaller field marketing events held throughout the year, mainly in San Francisco and New York. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the end-to-end execution of PLGTM.com Summit, a multi-day event in San Francisco. - Overseeing the planning and execution of PLGTM.com field marketing events, typically smaller one-day activations. - Managing the Inflection.io component at these events as well as at other 3rd party events, such as sales dinners, happy hours, and booth sponsorships. Candidate Requirements: - Must be willing to travel to the US for executing field marketing events without exceptions. - Possess a valid passport and B-1 or similar visa for traveling to the US without exceptions. - Currently working or have very recently worked at a technology company in a field marketing, events marketing, or similar role without exceptions. - Ability to work with a significant and sufficient amount of overlapping US hours without exceptions. - Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, low ego, a strong drive to succeed, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work without exceptions.,
