You are a highly skilled Site Project Manager specializing in Gas & Fire Alarm Systems. You will be responsible for leading the execution and delivery of life safety system projects in various sectors such as data centers, commercial high-rises, hospitals, and industrial facilities. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end project lifecycle of Fire Alarm, Voice Evacuation, HSSD, and integrated ELV systems, including coordination with engineering, procurement, commissioning, and client teams. To be successful in this role, you should hold a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or equivalent field. Possessing a PMP Certification or Masters Degree is preferred, along with certifications in NFPA, BIS, or equivalent Fire Safety standards. With a minimum of 8 years of experience in Fire Alarm System project execution and management, you should have expertise in design, installation, testing & commissioning of various systems including Fire Alarm Systems, PA/VA Systems, Emergency Evacuation Systems, HSSD, and system integrations with BMS/SCADA/PLC. Exposure to sectors like oil & gas, data centers, commercial buildings, power plants, hospitals, and malls is desirable. Understanding SIL-rated F&G systems and industrial codes would be an added advantage. Key responsibilities include defining project objectives, preparing schedules, coordinating approvals, leading on-site teams, interacting with stakeholders, managing project budgets, implementing safety standards, conducting audits, managing project documentation, and ensuring timely project closure. You should have expertise in Fire Alarm Systems, HSSD, PA/VA, BMS Integration, and be familiar with NFPA, NBC, IS/IEC, SIL-2/SIL-3 safety standards. Knowledge of PLC/SCADA interfacing and system networking is advantageous. Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM, Excel, along with excellent leadership, communication, and client handling abilities are required.
