Qualifications for the role Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, instrumentation, or mechatronics engineering, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in application development and support, ideally within multinational companies operating in the Indian business environment. Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation systems including PLCs, drives, motors, motion control, and robotic systems; familiarity with Industrial IoT market requirements is preferred. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships in fast-paced, competitive markets, with the ability to network effectively in multicultural environments. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
