PLC Programmer

As a skilled and motivated PLC Programmer with 12 years of experience, you will be joining the engineering/automation team. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, modifying, and troubleshooting PLC programs on platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, etc. - Designing and configuring HMI/SCADA screens. - Performing panel testing, I/O checking, and commissioning at client sites. - Diagnosing and resolving automation-related issues during installation and maintenance. - Collaborating closely with project and design teams to ensure successful execution of automation projects. - Preparing documentation like wiring diagrams, test reports, and user manuals. - Providing technical support to clients as needed. Your skills and experience should cover: - 12 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of HMI/SCADA development. - Understanding of electrical control panels, VFDs, sensors, and field instruments. - Ability to interpret and comprehend electrical drawings. - Readiness to travel for onsite commissioning. - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field. - Experience with platforms like Siemens (STEP 7 / TIA Portal), Allen-Bradley (RSLogix/Studio 5000), Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta. - Knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP. In addition to the technical aspects of the role, the company offers a salary range of 3.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA along with benefits like health insurance and bonuses.
