Critical competencies include manpower management skills, cost consciousness, knowledge of electrical machines/switchgear/protection systems, safety and environment standards, PLC program/VFD/HMI skills, and familiarity with SAP, IATF/ISO, EMS, OHSAS, 5S & TPM standards.
