Role & responsibilities Installation of Robotic line & SPMs, Weld cell. Making new PLC Program & HMI Graphics. Control wiring penal making, BOM making. Having knowledge of IOT 4.0 along with Scada and IPC. Having knowledge of Communication protocol (Device net ,CC-link ,Ethernet I/P,RS232,RS485,Profibus,CC Link IE,SSC NET). Having Knowledge of Servo drive programming and VFD installation. Installation and Commissioning of PLC site along with team. Handover the project to customer with trial pass Manual/ Auto cycle and also give online support if any modification needed in future. Can able to take lead in projects, Create New Robotic line PLC program and SPM program.
