PLC Operator / Programmer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled PLC Operator/Programmer to manage and operate PLC-controlled machines in our production facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with operating, troubleshooting, and programming PLC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor PLC-based machines on the shop floor
• Troubleshoot PLC-related issues and ensure minimal machine downtime
• Make minor modifications to existing PLC programs as needed
• Perform routine maintenance and checks on automation systems
• Maintain production logs and ensure machine safety standards
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for system improvements

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Electronics or related trade
• 1–3 years of experience working with PLC machines will be preferred.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.)
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and troubleshoot automation equipment
• Willingness to work in shifts (if required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HMI/SCADA systems
• Understanding of control panels, VFDs, sensors, and actuators

Benefits:

• Monthly salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 (depending on experience)
