Job Description: Field Sales Manager Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi Company: Graven Automation Pvt. Ltd. Position Summary: Graven Automation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Manager for our Kirti Nagar, Delhi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales of industrial automation products (such as PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, Sensors, Motors, and Switchgear), managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new industrial customers through direct field visits, cold calls, and networking. Develop strong business relationships with OEMs, end users, and system integrators. Promote Graven Automation’s complete range of automation products and solutions. Understand client requirements, prepare techno-commercial offers, and follow up to close deals. Coordinate with the internal technical team for product demos, pricing, and delivery support. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the Regional Manager. Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or related field. 2–5 years of field sales experience in the industrial automation sector. Strong technical knowledge of automation products (PLC, VFD, HMI, Sensors, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
