Job Profile Title: Sr. Technical Support Engineer (Implementation and Support) Work location: Mumbai Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electronics/Electrical from a reputed University. Technical competency: 3 to 5 years hands-on experience in service function and will include Responsible for preventive and break down maintenance at the project site/customer location Accountable for keeping track of activities relates to company products at the customer end to anticipate faults and possible intervention Knowledge of various sensors, data acquisition, single board computers, I/O cards, PLC cards, power supplies, etc Hands on skills in resolving problem relating to VME 64 hardware platform, PLC Systems, embedded systems, IPMS/ APMS Systems will be added advantage. Possess skills in maintaining rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improving methods and recommending system improvement Accountable for establishing service by studying system requirement, ordering and gathering components and parts, completing installation and performing acceptance test. Having working experience on board naval ships, merchant vessels, or oil platforms will be an added advantage.
