This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning and reliability of plant machinery and equipment. Key Responsibilities & Expectations: You have hands-on experience with PLC-based machinery, especially Rockwell servo drives and motors. You possess sound knowledge of basic electrical, electronics equipment, and instrumentation used in tire manufacturing. You can read, understand, and interpret electrical drawings and circuit diagrams accurately. You understand machine logic and can coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet maintenance deadlines. You are proficient in conducting failure analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. You understand and can apply concepts of MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) in daily maintenance planning. You are experienced in using SAP or similar ERP-based maintenance management systems. You are capable of preparing maintenance reports, conducting data analysis, and presenting insights for continuous improvement. You are comfortable working in rotational shifts and leading maintenance activities alongside technicians. You have working knowledge of temperature controllers and E+L centering systems.
