As a creative design intern, you will collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to bring toys and games to life through visually compelling designs. Your responsibilities will include creating eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for board games, puzzles, DIY activity kits, and packaging. You will develop cohesive visual themes, characters, and storytelling elements tailored to diverse age groups. Additionally, you will redesign or refresh existing products based on feedback, market trends, or brand updates. You will prototype new concepts for game components, puzzle patterns, and activity instructions. Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in color schemes, typography, and style is crucial. You will also adapt designs for different platforms, including print, digital, and social media. Collaboration with product managers and developers to translate ideas into actionable designs is an essential part of your role. Incorporating feedback from team members and user testing into iterative improvements will be necessary.
