You will be joining the Light Metal Solutions (LMS) team as an LMS Technical Service Engineer in the Industrial CORE - Business division. Your role will involve providing technical support to major LMS accounts in INDIA for the application of chemical solutions in light metal processing, such as aluminum and magnesium. You will conduct on-site trials, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes at customer facilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with R&D and product management, deliver technical training, and analyze customer processes to recommend tailored solutions for improved performance and sustainability. Your responsibilities will also include documenting findings, preparing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards during all technical service activities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers and commercial teams for light metal processing applications - Conduct on-site trials, troubleshooting, and process optimization - Collaborate with R&D and product management for new product introductions and technical evaluations - Deliver technical training and presentations to internal and external stakeholders - Analyze customer processes and recommend tailored solutions for improved performance - Document findings, prepare technical reports, and contribute to knowledge sharing - Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy, or a related field - Minimum 15+ years of experience in Surface Finishing or a similar field - Strong track record in plating knowledge and Technical Support - Excellent communication skills In addition to a competitive Gross Salary, you will be eligible for a generous performance-related bonus scheme and comprehensive insurance benefits including GMC (Self/Spouse and 2 Kids INR 5 Lakhs coverage), GPA (5 Times of Annual Salary sum assured for Employee), and GTLI (5 Times of Annual Salary sum assured for Employee).
