Overview

Platform and Solutions Associate Principal would be part of Global PGT Team within Tech Strategy & Enterprise Solutions. The work area corresponds to the E2E Supply Chain involving Make to Deploy , Purchase to Pay and Enterprise Asset Management value stream. The incumbent would be reporting to the Senior Principal. He/ she would be working for all sectors and would provide service/ support in all areas for sector keeping platform ownership mentality. In Day in Day out operations, he/ she would be working working alongside SI partners working in the role of implementation, support and collaborate to speedy resolution or design, build capabilities in the area.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the role dwells on providing platform and solution ownership from global standpoint. The incumbent is responsible to provide well thought out design for the problem statement keeping in mind the business processes and global impact. With the design, he/ she needs to implement the approved solution end to end within the agreed timeline. Responsibilities also include to proactively manage the stakeholder expectation involving business, leadership communication on the progress of the work assigned where the work impacts a particular sector or multiple sector. From time to time, the role also needs the incumbent to assess the platform solutions already implemented and oversee any change which need to be implemented if there is a risk to the solution stability. The role also deals with providing continuous support as needed to the sector team and in case of high priority incidents, to closely work with the DSO teams for early resolution. The role would also expect to cross skill in areas such as Procure to Pay and enterprise asset management along with ACM as desired by management team.

Qualifications

• B.E or equivalent
• MBA (preferred) but not mandatory
• Expert in SAP production planning and quality management modules
• Worked in similar capacity in consulting organization or business organization
• Experience between 10 to 12 years in SAP PP, QM
