Know more about us: http://www.trunativ.co Role: E-commerce Executive Department: E-commerce Location: Goregaon West (100% Work from Office) Reports to: Head of E-commerce Job Description Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end execution of the Quickcommerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.) covering daily operations, marketing initiatives, inventory flow, and finance reconciliation. Maintain and update daily reports for sales performance, advertising spends, inventory levels, and project Purchase Order (PO) requirements for each platform. Work closely with partner platforms to strategize and drive organic growth via collaborative programs, campaigns, and leveraging internal and external data insights. Conduct weekly performance reviews and growth analysis for smaller or emerging platforms, optimizing performance and identifying improvement opportunities. Serve as the single point of contact (POC) for platform partners; resolve operational issues, escalations, and conflicts within defined turnaround times (TAT). Own the category target achievement and ensure healthy P&L by balancing revenue growth with platform margins and spends. Qualifications & Skills Required: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is essential; a postgraduate degree or certification in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is a plus. 13 years of experience in managing E-commerce operations, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods sector with exposure to Quickcommerce platforms. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for creating performance dashboards, sales projections, and PO planning. Exceptional coordination and communication skills to manage external platform partners and internal cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment , multitask efficiently, and take ownership of deliverables and outcomes without constant supervision. Familiarity with platform-specific dashboards (e.g., Zepto Partner Panel, Blinkit Seller Central, etc.) and experience in campaign setup, pricing updates, and reconciliation workflows.
