As an Influencer Outreach Manager at Ethinos, you will play a crucial role in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing long-term influencer partnerships to drive successful client campaigns. Your deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem across various categories, platforms, and regions will be instrumental in turning influencer collaborations into ROI-driven success stories. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding relevant influencers for brand campaigns, building and maintaining strong relationships with macro and micro-influencers, ensuring alignment of influencer voice with brand values, and collaborating with internal teams to suggest the right influencer mix for each campaign. You will also oversee content quality, compliance, and performance tracking, analyzing key metrics like reach, engagement, cost-efficiency, and ROI for each campaign. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in an influencer marketing agency. Your strong understanding of influencer contracts, fee structures, and content rights, along with hands-on experience in working with creator databases, influencer marketing tools, and social media platforms, will be essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are a must, as well as the ability to handle multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously with high attention to detail. Having managed large-scale influencer campaigns for fashion, lifestyle, F&B, or BFSI brands, experience working with creators on platforms beyond just Meta, or prior experience in building influencer communities or ambassador programs will be considered a bonus.
