Other important qualifications include strong analytical skills, business judgment, communication skills, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution abilities, and customer insight. Responsibilities for this role include managing multiple teams to achieve established goals, conducting personnel duties such as performance evaluations and hiring decisions, providing strategic influence over resources and budget management, and ensuring that essential procedures are followed. The candidate will also be responsible for integrating applications development knowledge with overall technology functions, leading teams in various project phases, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop global solutions for the Bank. Qualifications for this position include a Graduate/Post Graduate degree in engineering or computer science, demonstrable analytical and quantitative skills, and hands-on experience in technical design and delivery of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should also have experience driving continuous quality improvements, talent management, and collaboration with various partner systems and teams. Core technical competencies required for this role include past experience as a technology delivery lead, expertise in Retail Banking applications, and experience in enterprise transaction processing systems. Additional competencies such as working with Open Source technology, Web security frameworks, and multi cloud technologies would be advantageous. Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a Master's degree being preferred.
