Platform Engineer

As a Power Apps Developer at Annalect Engineering, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing intuitive front-end applications and distributed backend microservices. You will be part of a team that is passionate about modular reusable software architecture and is dedicated to building innovative user interfaces and services. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Pages, and Power Automate flows to streamline business processes. - Extending and customizing SharePoint Online by creating solutions, forms, and workflows integrated with the Power Platform. - Architecting and managing data models in SharePoint Lists and Dataverse to ensure scalability, security, and governance. - Building, optimizing, and maintaining automated workflows that integrate Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and third-party systems. - Writing formulas in Power FX, using JavaScript, and applying Power Automate expressions for dynamic and user-friendly solutions. - Analyzing, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing apps and workflows for improved performance and scalability. - Collaborating with business stakeholders, product managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions. - Providing technical documentation, training, and support to end users. To qualify for this role, you should have the following skills and experience: - A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages). - Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online development and integration with the Power Platform. - Hands-on experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, and external data integration. - Proficiency in Power FX, JavaScript, JSON, and Power Automate expressions. - Understanding of data governance, security roles, and scalable architecture. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize performance and user experience. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.,
