You will be working as a Salesforce Consultant in Coimbatore, directly engaging with clients to comprehend their business processes and challenges. Your primary responsibilities will involve translating these insights into effective Salesforce solutions, focusing on declarative configuration and knowing when custom development is necessary. Ideally, you should have about 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration or consulting, possessing a solid understanding of various Salesforce clouds and features. Key Responsibilities: - Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Conduct workshops to collect, analyze, and document business requirements and pain points from clients and stakeholders. - Solution Design & Configuration: Design and deploy Salesforce solutions using standard declarative features like custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, Flow, and Process Builder. - Discovery & Pre-Sales: Assist in pre-sales activities by showcasing Salesforce capabilities to potential clients. - User Management & Security: Set up user profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings to ensure data security and proper access. - Reporting & Dashboards: Customize reports and dashboards to offer actionable insights for clients. - Data Management: Aid in data migration strategies, data quality initiatives, and mass data updates utilizing tools like Data Loader. - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Lead UAT sessions, gather feedback, and ensure solutions align with client expectations. - Training & Documentation: Develop and provide training materials for end-users and administrators. Create comprehensive documentation for configured solutions. - Problem Solving & Support: Provide continuous support for Salesforce applications, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely resolutions. - Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project managers, technical architects, developers, and consultants to deliver integrated solutions. - Platform Awareness: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to suggest continuous improvements to clients. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. - 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Junior Consultant, or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of Salesforce standard and custom objects, declarative capabilities, and the Salesforce data model. - Proficiency in configuring Salesforce features such as custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflow rules, Process Builder, and Flow. - Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal). - Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. - Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-facing environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201). - Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification or Service Cloud Consultant Certification. - Familiarity with Agile project methodologies. - Basic understanding of Apex and Visualforce is a plus, aiding in better comprehension of technical limitations and collaboration with developers. - Experience with Marketing Cloud (Good to have),
