Job Description

The Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst will provide support across SIEM or EDR technologies for global customers by ensuring the platforms are functioning as expected. You will conduct health checks and perform basic triage for global customers under minimal supervision, escalating issues to senior team members. Your primary outcomes will include conducting health checks for platform types, assisting with service requests, participating in maintenance activities, and developing skills around cyber security methodologies. You will follow relevant processes and track escalation pipelines to ensure consistent application to customers. Measures of outcomes will include adherence to processes and SLAs, productivity scores, and relevant skill-related training activities. You will be expected to monitor platform health, support service requests and incident support, proactively identify issues, and conduct daily operational tasks with minimal supervision. Additionally, you will focus on customer-specific processes, undertake mandatory learning opportunities, and demonstrate good communication, teamwork, and analytical skills. Key knowledge requirements include understanding Security Operations and Incident Management, IT infrastructure, networking concepts, query languages, and ISMS. Desirable certifications in IT infrastructure, SIEM, EDR, or Ethical Hacking are a plus. As part of the CTI team at CyberProof, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, deliver tailored threat intelligence reports, monitor and analyze data from various sources to identify threats, and collaborate with internal teams for intelligence enrichment. Key requirements for this role include 3+ years of experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence, strong knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks, proficiency in analyzing malware and threat actor behavior, and familiarity with tools like OpenCTI and ThreatConnect. Overall, the Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst role requires a customer-centric mindset, technical expertise in cyber security, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver impactful threat intelligence services to enhance customers" security posture against advanced threats.,
