Group Trucks Technology is seeking talented individuals to design sustainable transportation solutions for the future. As a member of our team, you will work on engineering next-gen technologies and contribute to projects that shape new, sustainable solutions. The specific group within CAST Bangalore Department focuses on Platform Architecture, Advanced Engineering, Sustainability & Simulation areas. The team collaborates with various functions within GTT and Volvo Group to deliver solutions in these areas. As a Group Manager, you will be responsible for securing quality deliveries and technology developments, managing budget and resources, recruiting talent, and fostering team development. You will work closely with stakeholders, define roles within the team, and drive forums with cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, you will lead with a customer-centric mindset, drive engineering leadership, and ensure commitments towards deliveries by the team. You will be part of the CAST Leadership team, reporting to Director CAST, Bangalore, and playing a key role in contributing to setting vision, strategy, and growth.
