Role & responsibilities Hands-on experience with Dynamo (minimum 4+ years), including admin-level configuration Strong understanding of CRM and investment workflows (fundraising, deal tracking, portfolio monitoring) Proven experience with data aggregation and transformation in financial or investment contexts Proven experience in the implementation of the AI/ML using tools/technologies Tesseract OCR, Google Document AI, Azure Form Recognizer, ChatGPT and modern NLP models like BERT or LayoutLM. Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling) Experience working with SFTP, APIs, PDF/CSV/Excel data formats Familiarity with private equity, venture capital, family office, or asset management operations Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies. Willingness/flexibility to support future enhancements and additional document types. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
