As the Warehouse Management Controller at Radici Plastics India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in overseeing inventory and production operations. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels and generating monthly reports to ensure smooth functioning. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, your key responsibilities will include checking production folders for raw material consumption, troubleshooting discrepancies with the Production and Warehouse Departments, investigating and resolving stock discrepancies, and managing both inbound and outbound quantity variations. You will collaborate with various departments for monthly reporting activities, including preparing Stock Reports, Slow Moving Reports, Purchasing Reports, and Warehouse Book Reports. Additionally, you will lead scheduled physical inventories throughout the year, conduct cycle counts in the warehouse as needed, and handle Month-end SAP activities related to material movements. Your technical skills will be put to use, especially if you have SAP work knowledge, expertise in engineering and plastics, and proficiency in computerized inventory functions and Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate should possess a Graduation or Equivalent Diploma, at least 2 years of Inventory Control experience, and fluency in English.
