Role & responsibilities Strategic and planning Optimize cost by enhancing performance through various controls such as reduction in manufacturing cycle time, machine capacity utilization, wastage reduction etc. and achieve the budgeted OTDIF targets. Ensures OTDIF (on-time delivery in full), FTR (first time right) and DOH (days on hand inventory) matrices are achieved. Calculate OEE of the equipment, loss analysis and develop and implement suitable action plans for Improvement of OEE(Kaizen Change Model, Daily Kaizen Model, Other tools of Operational Excellence) Internal Processes Ensure monthly preparation & circulation of production MIS (volume, recovery, WIP, ageing, power & fuel cost) Coordinate with Planning team for planning & execution of the production plan. Implement Safety and Health measures as per laid down procedure. Support the Manufacturing head in preparing the annual budget and monitoring of performance against budget and circulate to the stakeholders. Develop and implement appropriate reporting and recording system of the production process to eliminate factors for deviation. Maintain record of consumable and major repair expenses and monitor and control as per approved budgets.
