Position : Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager Pharma Data & Analytics Mode of Work : Remote (WFH) Experience : 10+ years of experience in data & analytics delivery Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end delivery of DWH, MDM, BI, and analytics projects Lead offshore development teams and ensure on-time, quality delivery Collaborate with onshore stakeholders for requirement gathering and planning Drive project tracking, resource planning, risk mitigation, and profitability Oversee architecture, data quality, and adherence to SDLC/agile standards Must-Have Skills: 10+ years of experience in data & analytics delivery Pharma/Life Sciences domain experience with datasets like IQVIA DDD, PlanTrak, 867/852 Strong experience with DWH, MDM, Commercial Analytics Hands-on with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, SQL, Python Experience managing offshore teams and working in Agile/Scrum environments Nice to Have: PMP or relevant certifications Experience with Databricks, Salesforce DataCloud, Vertex AI Exposure to AI/ML projects Interested candidates kindly share your CV and below details to usha.sundar@adecco.com 1) Present CTC (Fixed + VP) - 2) Expected CTC - 3) No. of years experience - 4) Notice Period - 5) Offer-in hand - 6) Reason of Change - 7) Present Location -
