The Landscape BIM Revit + CAD Expert plays a crucial role in creating top-notch landscape design and documentation utilizing BIM (Revit) and CAD platforms. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with the design team to craft landscape models, drawings, and details that align seamlessly with project specifications and BIM execution plans. The ideal candidate for this position should possess practical experience in Revit and AutoCAD, focusing on landscape architecture and site development. Your key responsibilities will include developing, managing, and maintaining accurate landscape BIM models using Revit while working in conjunction with other disciplines. You will also be responsible for producing landscape architecture drawings, site plans, planting plans, and construction details using AutoCAD and Revit. Collaborating with landscape architects, urban designers, and BIM teams to efficiently integrate design changes will be another essential aspect of your role. Ensuring that drawings and models meet project standards, BIM execution plans, and quality protocols is crucial. Additionally, you will support the team in generating presentation visuals, sections, elevations, and render-ready content and coordinate with civil, architectural, and MEP teams for the seamless integration of landscape elements. Participation in clash detection, model audits, and quality checks to guarantee model accuracy, as well as maintaining project documentation, file management, and version control, are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this position, you should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field and have at least 3-5 years of experience in landscape design documentation, with a strong emphasis on BIM and CAD. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a must, while knowledge of BIM360, Navisworks, or Civil 3D is considered advantageous. Experience in large-scale infrastructure, commercial, urban development, or public realm projects is preferred, along with familiarity with planting libraries, terrain modeling, and hardscape detailing.,
