You will play a crucial role in contributing to the profitability of the plant by maximizing plant utilization and minimizing production costs through the efficient utilization of available resources. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving targeted volumes while ensuring targeted EBITA, meeting delivery and pumping cost targets, and developing a multi-skilling program for plant staff to optimize working hours and attendance. Additionally, you will focus on reducing operational costs, maintaining branding standards for equipment and uniforms, ensuring plant availability for on-time concrete delivery to customers, and upholding concrete quality standards to promptly address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. It is imperative that you prioritize health and safety by adhering to company policies and occupational health regulations, and safeguard plant assets while ensuring statutory compliance. To excel in this role, you should hold a Diploma or Graduate degree and possess 4-6 years of experience in the RMC, Aggregate, or Construction industry. Your proactive approach, strategic mindset, and ability to manage resources effectively will be key to achieving plant profitability targets and enhancing overall operational efficiency.,
